Ho John Barleycorn
The Ho John Barleycorn was in Stocks Green Road near the Barleycorn bridge (aka the Skew bridge). Opened in 1865, closed in 1878. It's now a private house which has been extensively modified since its days as a pub.

Toby Philpott
There is one directory entry for a pub called the Toby Philpott in Hildenborough with a Mr W Sawyer listed as licensee in 1867, but we currently have no further info.
Noble Tree Beerhouse
One of the cottages on the corner of the cross roads was a beershop for the navvies when the railway was being built. The proprietor was a Mr Edward Wickens. This is an extract from a newspaper dated 3rd October 1864:
